Ambassador of Gender Equality, she created a program on Female Leadership for International Organizations and is often a speaker on inclusion, multiculturalism, leadership development and the future of women’s work.
Anna brings to Novi Education a working understanding of the people, processes and conversations through which serious educational programmes find adoption inside school systems. Her experience spans the institutional relationships that determine which programmes a school commits to, the operational orchestration that ensures a programme is delivered as designed, and the day-to-day partnership management that keeps every commitment honoured.

Anna oversees the operational distribution of the Moonshot Program in active markets — coordinating with partner schools, ensuring teacher onboarding is delivered as designed, and maintaining the operational discipline that allows a programme to be replicated across schools without losing its educational quality. Her work is the connective tissue between the strategic intent of the company and the lived experience in the classroom.
